There are thousands of web sites relevant to international business on the internet.  This is simply a small selection of sites I have found useful in researching international business issues.  Our text has a large resource list of useful and continually updated sites and you are encouraged to visit them.

You should also search the web for additional sites that could prove useful to your research. There are some good search engines listed towards the end of the list of links below.

I try to review all these links every six months to ensure that they are current.  Please let me know if you encounter any broken links.

Resnick Library - The SUNY Delhi library has excellent resources - the "Research Help" link on this page is particularly useful
Yale Center for the Study of Globalization - An excellent site exploring issues in globalization
Textbook Web Site - has great resources including chapter reviews and self quizzes with answers
The Economist - One of the best English language international newspapers
The Economist Country Briefings - Has up-to-date selected country briefings and a wealth of other information
Global Edge - Michigan State University - lots of international resources including an international search engine

Empire State College - International Business homage with international commercial, cultural and legal links
Currency Converter - Current values of foreign currencies
IMF Country Reports - From Albania to Zimbabwe
Country Risk Analysis - a comprehensive site with analysis of the components of country risk and graphs of country risk for 117 countries
Country Risk Analysis Reports - An updated summary on approximately 20 countries from a respected bank
The Internationalist - Business information by country - lots of good links
Country Maps - A Merriam-Webster site
Country Studies - authoritative research from the Library of Congress on many countries throughout the world
Army Country Handbooks - some of the most complete information available on about 100 countries
CIA Country Fact Book - authoritative research on specific countries
State Dept. Country Guides - excellent site to learn about the commercial environment of a country
Commerce Department Trade Information Center - especially good for country tariff and tax info and guides for doing business in specific countries

Commerce Department Country Guides - another very useful place to learn about the potential for doing business in many countries, market research and locating potential partners (you need to register)
Commerce Department Guide to Exporting - Practical information
Small Business Administration - Another excellent guide to exporting
Web Resources for International Trade - a large searchable database (but you have to register)
UN Data Bank -geographic, economic, population and social indicator information on any of its member countries.
African Development Bank - good country information here as well as business opportunities
Asian Development Bank - also good country information and opportunities
Interamerican Development Bank - Western hemisphere countries and opportunities here
International Trade Association- information for exporters including leads for new business, and government export programs
Population Reference Bureau - has the latest population statistics and projections for all countries
Executive Planet - a great site for cultural do and don'ts in business for some countries
Religions - number of adherents to a particular religion by country
Cultural Profiles Project - excellent Canadian site for cultural information by country
Bribery Indices - Transparency International's latest survey of 21 countries
Illiteracy Rates - for countries from U.N. Statistics

US Exports State by State - contains export activity data by state and information on foreign competition
Language Translations - Can translate (approximately) foreign language web pages into English and visa-versa
Google - an excellent search engine - leaves the others far behind
Metacrawler - another excellent search engine
Teoma - a search engine similar to Google, but improved in some ways
Footnotes & Bibliographies - MLA Format - Required format for citations in your research paper - guidance for web site citations are about halfway through the document
