Vinson/Stull Family Correspondence
This page includes letters, postcards, etc. from the Vinson and Stull families from the early 1900's. Most were originally in the possession of Thomas Elliott Vinson and his wife Mary Amerzing Oliver. They were originally from the Lamasco area of Lyon Co., KY but were living in Graham, Muhlenberg Co. KY during the correspondence. Some of the cards were sent by their daughter, Cecil Vinson (b. 27 August 1891), to her older sister Maggie (Mrs. Jackson D. Stull).

Well Maggie. We are all better. Papa was intened (sic) to work today but it was raining and he wouldent go out. If any of us get worse we will let you know. Let us here from you hope you are all well. Good bye your Sis Cecil. |

Dear Sis:- We recieved your letter and was glad to hear from you. We are all well and all at work. Yes Dump went to Owensboro on Sun. and came home Tues. went to work at once. Say we have been housecleaning. Mama and I went to Lola's today. They are all well. and Paul is as mean as he can be. The baby is as sweet as she can be.
