Records and Writings of Carter Tarrant

Here is the beginning of what I plan to be the complete writings of Carter Tarrant, Baptist and Emancipationist. Carter Tarrant was born in Virginia in 1763, died in 1815 probably in New Orleans, and was a resident of Kentucky from about 1793 until his death.

The Substance of a Discourse Delivered in the Town of Versailles (KY): April 20, 1806.
