CITA 110

Introduction to Software Applications

This course is a general introduction to computer and information systems. This course includes an overview of information processing, computer hardware, computer software, and microcomputers. The course provides the student with "hands on" experience with the Windows® operating system, and the most common types of application software; word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation graphics. Also included are in introduction to the Internet and World Wide Web page design.
